RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSURE A SPACE FOR YOUR PET
During holidays and the busy summer season we are at peak occupancy and we encourage you to make reservations several months in advance to book your desired date and accommodation.
Check in is any time during our normal business hours. Check out is traditionally by 12:00pm, however late departures from noon to 6pm can be arranged at no additional charge.
As a courtesy to our customers, the office is open Sundays from 4-6pm (except holidays) however the posted boarding fee will be charged for guests desiring to board through a weekend with a Sunday departure.
Fondren 5 Star Kennels offers a 10% discount to guests staying 21 days or longer, with advanced payment.

- Reserve your pet’s stay as soon as you know your dates.
- Cancellation or changes to reservation can be made up to 48 hours of arrival without penalty.
- Failure to cancel pet lodging is a $50 fee.
- Failure to cancel pet grooming, training appointments, or a Day Care reservation is a $25 fee.
